CLARKSBURG - Two new partners have been named at Thrasher Engineering, Inc., bringing the number of partners to 13.
Robert Milne, P.E., a resident of Morgantown, has more than 20 years of experience working throughout the tri-state area, specializing in site development.
He will serve as project manager in the site department, overseeing oil and gas site work with Thrasher Engineering in the Clarksburg office.
Milne received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from West Virginia University, where he also received his master's degree.
He is a registered professional engineer in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. He is affiliated with Leadership Monongalia and the National Leadership Institute.
Craig Baker, Associate AIA, lives in Shinnston and has been with the firm since 2005. He has 11 years working in the field of Architecture.
He will serve as manager of the architectural division with Thrasher Engineering in the Clarksburg office.
Baker received his Bachelor of Science degree in architectural engineering in 2001 from Fairmont State University.
He is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
