Monongahela Valley Bank
This project consists of designing and constructing the a new one-story full service bank building with a four-lane drive-thru banking canopy and an unfinished but accessible attic. The main floor areas total 7,000 square feet. Amenities of this building include the lobby area, board room, kitchenette and hospitality appliances, service counter, media center, cabinetry and restroom accessories.
Shenandoah Office Park
The project consisted of the site grading, utilities and the installation of a storm water retention system for this 4 – acre office park. The total building area for the office park is 50,000 sq. Site development also includes the planning of parking for 250 vehicles, sidewalks and lighting and landscaping. General code compliances for the project included the City of Martinsburg Community Business District regulations, and the International Building, Plumbing, Mechanical and Energy Codes.
Heritage Bank of Harrison County
This project consisted of a three story, 21,000 square foot building with a drive-thru canopy. The structure consists of steel floor and roof framing on block bearing walls and concrete floors. The shell of this building is a white-painted, split-face block building with a green standing seam metal roof and clear anodized aluminum doors and windows. The interior has metal stud and drywall partitions, lay-in ceilings, wood doors in metal frames, a modular concrete vault and a three-stop elevator. New construction was preceded by demolition and clearing of two and one half acres of buildings.
One Valley Bank
This project consisted of many renovation projects spanning over ten years. The first renovation involved the main lobby and teller line and data processing center. The second renovation involved the 5th and 6th floor operations offices. The final renovation involved the 7th floor customer service center and executive offices.
WBOY-TV
This project consisted of combining and unifying three adjacent properties, both physically and aesthetically, into one complex. The majority of the work was in the 12,000 square foot new office renovation for marketing, administration, bookkeeping, computers, conferences and business functions. This addition allowed for the expansion of the existing news room, engineering and employee lounge facilities.
Lumberport Volunteer Fire Department
This project consists of designing the new Lumberport Volunteer Fire Department Building. The scope of services provided for this project include interior drawings and detailing. This building is a 6,260 square foot masonry and wood frame structure sitting on .26 acres. Features of this building include a 2,800 square foot garage and apparatus storage room. Amenities of this building include a bunk room, locker room, showers, cascade room offices and a recreation/meeting room.
