Does not require ArcMap or other GIS software.

If using ArcMap, you can easily deploy multiple users with their own dataset, and then update the main data when field personnel return from data collection using simple ‘Import/Export Dataset’ tools.

When finished with data collection, load data back to the state server conforming to data standards set by the state.
