Our roadway design staff has considerable experience using WVDOH criteria and design directives. Over the past two years, Thrasher Engineering has completed over $10 million in highway/bridge design for the West Virginia Division of Highways.

Thrasher Engineering, Inc. has qualified road, bridge and quality assurance inspectors that conduct inspection services. In the Materials Testing Department, our experienced project technicians perform concrete and compaction testing, aggregate sampling and quality control testing for our projects and under contract for DOH.
