Management and Staffing
H. Wood Thrasher, P.E., is actively involved in the daily management of Thrasher Engineering, Inc. In this capacity, he reviews all design work performed by other members of the firm, as well as all survey and field work. Mr. Thrasher also deals directly with entities requesting assistance and with the funding and regulatory agencies in acquiring funds for projects and determining eligibility and feasibility of proposed projects.
Kenneth P. Moran, P.E., P.S., is a principal and partner in the firm. Mr. Moran serves as Chief Engineer on virtually all public sewer and water utilities projects designed by Thrasher Engineering and provides technical review on all projects. Also a partner and principal of Thrasher Engineering is Kurt L. Newbrough, P.S. Mr. Newbrough provides supervision of all survey activities for the firm. Stephen B. Harman serves as Manager of the construction management and materials testing division of Thrasher Engineering.
Also serving as Partners in Thrasher Engineering are Wm. Randy Watson, Chad M. Riley, P.E., Chad Biller, P.E., Clay P. Riley, P.E. and Daniel E. Ferrell, P.E. Mr. Watson specializes in water distribution and treatment projects; Mr. Chad Riley and Mr. Biller head the site development aspect of the company. Additionally Mr. Biller is responsible for roads, bridges and airport engineering projects. Mr. Clay Riley and Mr. Dan Ferrell specialize in public utilities. These partners, along with our staff of over 100 professionals, provide quality services to each and every client.
